The Customer is also seen downloading the app in the background social-proof shot. Personality: Curious, dry, opportunistic. The Customer has no ego about inserting themselves into this conversation. They just want to know the app. Physical look: Range of everyday casual looks is fine — this character has minimal screen time but should look like a genuine grocery store customer.
